Zoom Strategy & Planning Calls

• Required: Minimum of two 30-minute Zoom calls per month are required so we stay perfectly aligned and your hours are used on the highest-impact tasks, however weekly meetings are good touchstone.
• Want more face time? Totally your call! Many authors choose to use some (or all) of their monthly hours for extended strategy/brainstorming sessions, launch planning marathons, or just “work together” co-working calls — 100% up to you and counts toward your hours.​

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Submit an inquiry - Complete the short application form below and tell me about your book, your goals, and the support you need.

2. Application Review - I personally review every submission. If my schedule is full or it doesn't feel like a strong match, I'll let you know promptly via email.

3. Discovery Call - If it looks like a good fit, I'll send you a link to schedule a 20 - 30 minute Zoom discovery call. This is a no-pressure conversation where we can discuss your book, your needs, and how I can help you. I offer flexible options including hourly support, monthly packages, and retainers. We'll talk through the best approach and package for your specific situation.

4. On-Boarding - If we both decide it's a strong fit, we'll define the exact scope of the work, and start the onboarding process so you can begin receiving support.

I offer flexible ways to work together so you can choose what best fits your needs and budget:

Monthly Packages – Ongoing support with a set number of hours per month.
Retainer – Dedicated support for authors who want consistent, priority assistance.

​Manuscript Reading & Familiarization

To provide the best possible support, I read your full manuscript so I can truly understand your voice, story, characters, series arcs, and overall vision.

How it works:

• I read at an attentive pace while taking notes.
• This is not a full editorial or critique service — it’s a “familiarization read” so I can support you more effectively with marketing, admin, launches, newsletters, social content, etc.
• Reading is billed at my standard hourly rate.

Example:
An 80,000-word manuscript typically takes me 8–10 hours to read thoroughly. You can either:

• Include manuscript reading as part of a monthly package or retainer, or
• Add it as a one-time service before we begin ongoing work.

I’ll give you an estimated number of hours after I see the manuscript length and complexity during our discovery call.
