Option 1: Monthly "Author Launch Lab" Group Calls
A recurring 90-minute group session you host once per month. Nothing heavy — just a relaxed Zoom call where authors can:

Why it works for you: Minimal prep since you're doing live coaching anyway. You can record the calls and repurpose the content later. It builds a recurring revenue stream and warms up potential cohort clients.
Option 2: "Publishing Sprint" — 6-Week Mini ProgramHalf the length, half the pressure. Just the essentials:

Format: One 60-minute group call per week + optional Slack/Facebook group for questions.
Pricing: $197–$297 per person for the 6 weeks
Why it works for you: You can test the cohort format without the 12-week weight. It's also easier to fill quickly — authors don't feel like they're making a big long-term commitment.

Option 3: Quarterly "Launch Bootcamp" Workshops
One-off intensive workshops tied to common publishing seasons:

Picture
Format: One 3-hour deep-dive workshop (can split into two 90-min sessions)
Pricing: $147–$197 per workshop
Why it works for you: You can reuse core materials each quarter, tweak based on what worked last time, and there's no ongoing weekly commitment. It keeps things predictable and manageable.

Option 4: Peer Accountability CircleA small group ($100–$150/month) that meets biweekly for 45 minutes. You facilitate but don't necessarily teach. Authors share goals, wins, and blockers.
Structure:
  • Biweekly Zoom check-in (you facilitate)
  • Private WhatsApp/Discord for daily accountability
  • Weekly progress template (simple Google Form or doc)
Why it works for you: Very low content creation — you're curating and facilitating, not delivering lectures. It's also a great filter for spotting who's serious enough for higher-ticket services later.

My RecommendationStart with Option 1 (Monthly Launch Lab) for 3 months. Here's why:

After 2–3 months, you'll have real data on what your audience actually wants — and whether they're ready to upgrade to a bigger cohort.

Quick Launch Checklist for a Monthly Launch Lab
  1. Pick a recurring time (e.g., "First Tuesday, 2pm ET")
  2. Set up a simple Calendly or Stripe checkout link
  3. Announce to your newsletter list + social channels
  4. Cap at 15 spots for the first round (creates scarcity, keeps it manageable)
  5. Prepare a loose agenda (I'm happy to draft one for you)
  6. Record each session (for future repurposing)
  7. Follow up after Session 3 with a survey — "What would you like to see next?"
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. - John 3:16
